We left our car at a parking facility during the cruise. They provided a shuttle van to and from the dock.

The ship has a huge atrium in the center. This was taken right as we arrived on the ship.

Another view of the atrium, showing the glass ceiling.

Our stateroom, with two twin beds, was small but comfortable. With the gentle rocking motion of the ship, we both fell asleep quickly every night.

The skyline of Miami seen from onboard the ship as we wait to depart (we boarded around 1pm, but the ship wasn't due to depart until 4pm).

This is the "Lido Deck", with pool and hot tubs.

This is the "Dynasty Lounge", a theater where they had comedy and musical shows.

A Norwegian Cruise Lines ship, the "Sky", was in the berth next to ours, at the dock in Miami.

As we were departing Miami, a car ferry was arriving.

This is a marina in Miami.

A section of Miami's beach we passed as we headed out to sea.

Miami's skyline seen from deck as we were further out.

Miami's skyline again at sunset (and a passing seagull).

The housekeeping staff did these amazing animals made from towels. Sort of like origami, but folding and rolling towels rather than paper.

Here, we're departing the ship in Key West. A small trolley, made to look like an old-fashioned train, took us into town from the dock.

U.S. Route 1 begins in Key West (and goes all the way up through Maine).

Ernest Hemingway's house is now a museum.

The bedroom in Hemingway House.

There are extensive gardens around Hemingway House. This picture was taken from the second-floor balcony.

The office (above a converted garage) where Hemingway did some of his writing.

A cat sleeping on the roof of the garage/office at Hemingway House. Most of the cats at Hemingway House have 6 toes.

Jenny and I in front of the marker for the "Southernmost Point in the Continental US".

At the Key West Butterfly Conservatory, butterflies were everywhere. Some even landed on people, like this one on Jenny's shoulder.

Here's some of the coastline of Cozumel, Mexico, an island off the Yucatan Penninsula.

There was a checkpoint between Cozumel and the docks. Here, we're on the second floor, looking back at the docks. Another Norwegian Cruise Lines ship, the "Jewel" is in front of our ship.

At Chankanaab Park, we got to swim and interact with dolphins (more pictures coming up). Here's a different group during their session.

Here's some kind of crab next to a tidal pool on the beach at Chankanaab. We'd just seen an iguna, but by the time I returned with my camera, he was gone. But I did see this little guy scurrying along the shore.

Chankanaab Park includes some beaches. Admission to the park was including in the fee for our dolphin swim.

There's also a beatiful lagoon at Chankanaab. We saw a variety of fish in the lagoon.

One of the establishments at Chankanaab did cornrow hair styling. Jenny decided to get her hair done. Well, she likes it, so...

We got back to the ship after dark, but well before the departure from Cozumel.

We had assigned seating for each dinner. so we dined with the same people each night. There were people from Italy (Milan area), Germany (Frankfurt area), and the US at our table.

And, of course, no road trip down I-95 is complete without a stop at South of the Border... cheesiness capital of the world.
