Quilts! Quilts!! Quilts!!! : The Complete Guide to Quiltmaking
by Diana McClun and Laura Nownes
review by L.
This book would be an asset to any quilt library. Ten chapters in the book discuss quiltmaking techniques, using a pattern and color selection, fabric preparation and block construction, sewing the quilt together, getting the quilt actually ready to quilt it, and then the quilting and binding. Thirty-two patterns are given, including some applique. Color illustrations as well as the block construction illustrations are outstanding.
