One of the most asked questions is: Where did the name "steeds.com" come from?
The answer is quite simple: vicky STaubly + jenny rEED = STEED. Plus, we get to name all our computers after horse breeds. Vicky's Amiga is Percheron (because she likes draught horses), and Jenny's Mac is Palomino. Our newly supercharged Linux PC is Gelding. The old WinNT PC died from a disk crash.
